Set at the beautiful Lodge at Blueberry Ridge, this trauma-informed experience blends nervous system regulation, connection, and restoration with the thrill of a team-based Spartan Sprint 5K obstacle course.
Enjoy movement, creative expression, and intentional downtime before, during, and after race day—all within a supportive, peer-based community where psychological safety and autonomy are prioritized. No woman will be left behind!
