The shaking changed us. It changed the Church. Now it is time to ask what comes next.

The 2026 RE-EMERGE Leadership Retreat is a powerful gathering for spiritual and administrative leaders who are ready to move beyond survival and step into a new season of clarity, alignment, strategy, and renewal.

Designed for Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers, Bishops, and church administrators, this retreat creates space for leaders to honestly evaluate where we are, examine what must change, and strategically prepare for where God is taking the Church next.

This is more than another leadership conference. It is a time to pause, assess, rebuild, and re-emerge.

What to Expect

Participants will engage in:

• Biblical instruction designed to strengthen leaders for the season ahead
• Honest evaluation of the Church, leadership, and ministry following the COVID-19 shaking
• Strategic planning for healthier, stronger, and more effective ministry
• Practical conversations around leadership, administration, structure, and sustainability
• Spiritual renewal and encouragement for leaders carrying the weight of ministry
• Meaningful connection and fellowship with other spiritual and administrative leaders

The question is no longer simply, “How do we get back to what was?”

The question is, “What is God building now?”

Come prepared to examine what needs to be reordered, identify what needs to be replanted, and discover how to lead with wisdom, courage, and vision in the season ahead.
