Step Back in Time & Explore Pocatello’s Rich Heritage!
Join us for a day of history, fellowship, and discovery at the 5th Annual Pocatello Historic Home Tour. This beloved community tradition offers a rare opportunity to step inside eight of Pocatello’s most beautiful and historically significant homes, buildings, and churches—all clustered within the Historic University Neighborhood.
New locations are featured each year, so even returning guests will enjoy fresh experiences and stories.
Tickets & Main Check-In Location
• Advance Tickets: Available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at NeighborWorks Pocatello (206 N. Arthur) or nwpocatello.org.
• Day-of Tickets: Purchase at Caldwell Park (7th & Lewis) or nwpocatello.org.
When you get to your first location you will receive a brochure with a tour map, and site descriptions. You can also start at the main ticket booth at Caldwell Park to pick this up.

Historic Talks will be held at Caldwell Park at the NeighborWorks Pavillion
Getting Around
• Ride the Free Trolley: You can catch the trolley at the main ticket location. This is located at Caldwell Park. There will be pickup spots along the tour, and a map will be in the brochure that attendees receive the day of the event.
• Drive or Walk at Your Own Pace: Homes may be visited in any order.
Special Features This Year
Vintage Automobiles – Thanks to Klassy Cars, guests will enjoy displays of classic cars at each tour stop.
Historic Talks at Caldwell Park (7th and Lewis) – Local experts will present rotating sessions throughout the day:
• Dirk Anderson-Top Notch Tree Service “History of the Trees in our Neighborhoods”
• Ellen Ryan, ISU Archives: “History of the Servel Home (341 S 7th)”
• Linda Leeuwrik, Local Historian: “Historic Architecture Styles and their Distinguishing Features”
• Jennifer Atterbury, ISU Professor Emerita: “How the Neighborhood Grew, Historic Streetscapes”
