WEIGH-INS (Both Days): 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM , LIFTING BEGINS AT 10:00 AM (EASTERN STANDARD TIME)

FRIDAY – You choose the OTSO sanctioned lifts you would like to set National and World records in. Please let the meet director know in advance so he can have the appropriate lifting equipment. LIFT HEAVY, BREAK RECORDS & HAVE FUN!

SATURDAY – THE 2026 OTSO HomeGymCon Championship

THE LIFTS: HACKENSCHMIDT FLOOR PRESS & 18-INCH TRAP BAR DEADLIFT

ENTRY DEADLINE –. JULY 17, 2026 – email [email protected] or by phone at 606-688-2600.

ENTRY FEE: $90 dollars, all lifters must register online at the Eventbrite link provided. Your 90 dollar entry fee allows you to lift and compete on Friday and Saturday if you so desire. The entry fee also covers your entry into the 2026 HOMEGYMCON EXPO! The 2026 HomeGymCon Expo is fantastic event you won’t want to miss.

OTSO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED: Memberships are required for all participants prior to the meet. Please go OLDTIMESTRONGMAN.ORG to purchase your memberships prior to the meet.

AWARDS: BEST LIFTER AWARD to the Overall Male & Female champion using DOTS formula & medals for all lifters. Each lifter will receive a competition T-shirt to be worn during the HomeGymCon Championship & World Record Breaker Day. I must know your t-shirt size three weeks prior to meet.

FRIDAY WORLD RECORD BREAKER EVENT – is the day before the 2026 OTSO HomeGymCon Championship. All World Record Breaker Day lifts are at the discretion of the meet director depending upon available equipment at the meet. Please let the meet director know what lifts you would like to break records in and more World Record Breaker lifts may be added upon request & meet director approval prior to the World Record Breaker event.

HOTEL – There are many hotels to choose from in Louisville. There is no specific meet hotel, but a quick online search will find plenty of great options.

AIRPORT – The LOUSIVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT code is SDF. Louisville International Airport is a major International Airport and you can find numerous flights in & out.

You may check in the night before, by coming to the Convention Center until approximately/before 6 PM, but you must contact the meet director to set up a time.

FRIDAY – WORLD RECORD BREAKER EVENT DAY

WEIGH-INS BEGIN 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

LIFTING BEGINS 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

SATURDAY – 2026 OTSO HOMEGYMCON CHAMPIONSHIP DAY

WEIGH-INS BEGIN 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

LIFTING BEGINS 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

IRON PALACE PODCAST 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

CLEAN UP & LOAD TRUCK 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Please keep in mind the schedule may change depending on how long each segment lasts.

This will be a very exciting event with music, laser lights, banners, & heavy weights being lifted.
