Operation Change is a FREE, community-based program designed for women 45+ living with chronic health conditions. This town hall is an opportunity to learn about the program, connect with others, and explore simple, realistic ways to support your health and mobility.

Operation Change focuses on improving mobility, reducing joint pain, and supporting whole-person health through education, movement, and community connection. The program is provided at no cost and is not profit-driven.
