Please review the following entry, ticketing, and event policies to ensure a smooth concert experience.

Venue

• For accessibility accommodations, arrangements can be made with the venue when GA ticketing is available.
• Queue Number: Check-in will be conducted according to the queue number indicated on the QR code, which is assigned based on the order of purchase, at the designated check-in table on the day of the concert.
• Minors under 14 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. If the accompanying guardian does not hold the same ticket tier, they must remain in their designated ticket section and will be permitted access to higher-tier areas.
• Please note that age restrictions may vary depending on the venue and the country. For accurate information regarding age limits, we kindly ask that you contact the venue directly.

Entry Order

• Premium Package Holders (1st Entry + Queue Number)
• VVIP Package Holders (2nd Entry + Queue Number)
• VIP Package Holders (3rd Entry + Queue Number)
• GA Ticket Holders (4th Entry + no Queue Number)

* Note: Entry procedures and times may vary depending on the venue’s regulations.

Event Schedule

• The full event schedule will be announced closer to the concert date. For updates, follow helloliveTOUR’s social media accounts and check the official tour page.

Refund & Ticket Policies

• Final Sale: All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled.
• Resale Policy: Unauthorized ticket resale is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of your ticket.

Photography & Video Rules

• Professional Cameras & Phones: Photography and video recording with professional cameras are not permitted during the concert. Only phone cameras can be used. No flash. No tripods.
• Exclusive VIP Benefits: To maintain optimal experience, please DO NOT use recording devices during the VIP benefits such as Hi-Touch, Photo, or fan sign sessions. Confiscation of recordings may occur if violated.

Media & Press Access

• Press Credentials: Media and press pass applications must be submitted at least one week before the event via hellolive at [email protected].

Gifts

• Letters and gifts may be accepted, we kindly ask that all items be delivered through official staff members only at the check-in table.

Stay Updated

• For the latest announcement, schedule changes, and important updates, follow hellolive TOUR’s social media accounts and check the tour page regularly.

Check - in

Please arrive at least 30-60 minutes prior to your ticket tier entry time to ensure you check in and receive all items needed to enjoy your benefits. A separate check-in table will be onsite. Check-in will not be available at merch.

Please bring:

• Your QR code from the hellolive app.
• If you are unable to display your QR code, please ensure you have your ID and purchase confirmation email as alternative proof.

During check-in, you will receive:

* The items below are the guest’s responsibility once distributed. Lost or damaged items are NOT replaced.

• Entry wristband with queue # based on your ticket tier.
• Selfie and polaroid tickets (if purchased)
• VIP, VVIP, PREMIUM Package holders will receive lanyards & laminates.

Once checked in, attendees will be lined up accordingly to enter the venue.

Benefits will proceed in the following order before/after the concert:

Pre-show

• Fan Sign
• Soundcheck

After- show

• Hi-Touch
• Selfies
• Polaroids
• Group Photo (1:5)* 1 guest + 5 artists
• Group Photo (10:5)* 10 guests + 5 artists

All lines and sequences will be directed by staff members.

Schedule may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Fan Sign

• During all fan signs, ONLY official tour merchandise or VIP laminates will be signed. Other items are prohibited.

Soundcheck

• Live streaming, usage of any cameras, flash photography, or any actions that violate the copyright of the show and artist will be prohibited.
• Entry will proceed in the entry order announced excluding GA ticket holders.
• You may sit or stand freely, but please fill the front section during the soundcheck. After the soundcheck event, please return to your ticketed seats or area.
• After the soundcheck, you will remain inside the venue.
• However, you may be required to exit the venue and re-enter according to your ticket tier and queue # depending on the venue’s policy.

Photo Events

During all photo sessions, excessive physical contact or requests for inappropriate poses are not allowed. To ensure a smooth experience, screen recording and live photos are restricted throughout the sessions.

Group Photo (10:5)

• VVIP, Premium ticket holders will be lined up to take a group photo with all 5 artists.
• Downloadable photos will be sent to your hellolive ‘My Box’ under ‘Coupon/Gift’ within 10 business days post tour.

Selfies & Polaroids

Tickets will be available for pre-order. Stock is very limited. Tickets may be available for purchase onsite if stock is available. Be sure to check with the check-in table onsite for availability.

• Selfie and Polaroid ticket holders can pick up their tickets from the check-in table until the start of the concert.
• Please choose a preferred pose for your photo.

(Excessive physical contact is strictly prohibited, such as touching the artists’ face.)

• Staff reserve the right to intervene if necessary during the event.
• Selfies will be taken with your phone, prior to photo time, please ensure your device has enough storage and battery.
• Please refrain from using any photo apps.

• Staff will take polaroid photos with Instax mini cameras.
• Be sure to pay attention to staff directions, if you miss your photo time, you will not be able to redeem your ticket.

• Guests: Only ticket holders may enter the photo taking area. Minors under 14 or ADA guests may be accompanied by ONE guardian while waiting in line.
• Behavior: Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior, such as shooting, excessive personal remarks, or physical contact with the artists or staff, will result in immediate removal.
