What’s included in your $30 nomination fee?

• A personalized certificate of recognition emailed to your nominee.
• Your nominee will be featured on the Office Experts website for one full year.
• An invitation to the live celebration on April 24, 2026, at The Moran Hotel during the 2026 Office Experts Summit & Vendor Exhibit—a full day of learning and celebration during Administrative Professionals Week.

If your nominee attends the 2026 Summit, they will receive:

• An Office Expert Award
• Surprise celebratory items
• Recognition and applause from over 100 fellow Assistants

You are welcome to pay the $150 entry fee to secure your nominee’s spot in the Office Expert Award Ceremony. It’s a celebration of collaboration, excellence, and the power of the EA community.

1. Pay the nomination fee at least one week prior to the OE Summit (April 24, 2026).
2. Fill out the nomination form.
3. You’ll receive an email from [email protected] with a Microsoft Form to finalize your nomination.
4. Choose one of the 7 Cs categories and write a short summary recognizing your nominee’s excellence. Please see examples of past summary writings on our website.
5. Submit the form—and you’re done!
