We appreciate your continuous support of our great Convention! Know that you have become an essential part of the Dorsey Family and that your support is viable to our success. If you are a potential new Vendor, welcome to the Dorsey Family!!!
Vendor registration is now open for our 93rd Annual Session at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Birmingham, Alabama from July 25-July 31st, 2026. We hope your schedule will permit you to share the Dorsey experience with us this year. The vendor space will accommodate only 20 vendors. Register TODAY to secure your spot. NCGCC 2026 Vendor Link for Annual Session - Note: Space cannot be secured verbally. Payment is required to lock in a space.
The booth space will be 10’X10’ and will have a 6 ft table, 2 chairs, 1 trash can, with pipe and draping. We have put into practice the following registration and guarantee process to ensure that you and all other vendors receive fair opportunity and consideration:
— Vendors Do Not Need A Code When Registering — The cost is $500 for per booth and includes overnight security. — The electrical drop fee is TBA and will be an additional fee. I will follow up — The deposit amount is $250, the balance must be paid by June 28 OR you can pay the $500 in full— Priority of booth location will be based on when you pay the $500 fee IN FULL by June 28, 2026. — Vendor space purchases after June 28th will be $600.— All merchandise must be placed within your allotted space. If you need more space, please purchase 2 booths. NO EXCEPTIONS!!— We will deny all registration requests when we reach capacity.— No Food items of any kind can be sold in the hotel or convention area.— Vendor set-up is Saturday, July 25th from 1pm to 6pm. Late set-up must be pre-arranged with Basil Foster.
If sending your payment (check, cashier’s check, or money order) by mail, please write “Vendor” and the name of your business in the memo section, and forward your payment to: NCGCC, P.O. Box 874, Clinton, MD 20735
