motionball's Marathon of Sport Winnipeg is back on Saturday, September 19th at the Dakota Community Centre.

Everyone is welcome to sign up and join us on the field for the 2026 motionball Marathon of Sport Winnipeg—a full day of inclusive sports where participants of all abilities come together to compete, connect, and raise funds for an incredible cause.

On event day, your team will be paired with 1-2 local Special Olympics athletes who will compete alongside you throughout the day. Together, you’ll take part in a variety of sports and activities, such as Soccer, Football, Basketball, Ultimate, Giant pong, Benchball, and more.

What’s Included for Participants:

- A motionball Under Armour T-shirt and hat

- Light breakfast, lunch, and refreshments

- A personal fundraising link with the chance to earn incentive prizes

- A ticket to the onsite Marathon of Sport after-party with entertainment

- An unforgettable experience playing alongside Special Olympics athletes

Team Registration Options:

Standard Team – Each participant donates $50 to register and works together to reach a team fundraising goal of $1,000. Players who raise $100 individually will have their registration fee refunded!

Corporate Sponsor Team: As a Corporate Team, your organization has donated $3,000 as a sponsor of the event, waiving the $50 registration fee and inviting your employees to participate at no cost. All of your team will receive the items above AND you’ll receive online and onsite logo recognition as a Sponsor of the event! We encourage our sponsor teams to work towards a $1,000 fundraising goal!

Corporate 2.0 Team: As a Corporate 2.0 Team, your organization will donate $1,000 to cover the registration fee for up to 10 employees to participate at no cost. Together, you as a team will then fundraise to reach the $1,000 fundraising goal.

Free Agent: Can’t fill a team, but don’t want to miss out? You can register as a Free Agent and you will be added to a team who is in need of a few players!
