2026 motionball Marathon of Sport Edmonton presented by PCL
Canada’s largest sporting event, motionball in support of the Special Olympics Canada Foundation, is back on November 21st at Edmonton EXPO Centre.
Everyone is welcome to sign up and join us on the field for the 2026 motionball Marathon of Sport Edmonton—a full day of inclusive sports where participants of all abilities come together to compete, connect, and raise funds for an incredible cause.
On event day, your team will be paired with 1-2 local Special Olympics athletes who will compete alongside you throughout the day. Together, you’ll take part in a variety of sports and activities, including Soccer, Football, Basketball, Ultimate Giant pong, Benchball, and more
What’s Included for Participants:
- A motionball Under Armour T-shirt and hat
- Light breakfast, lunch, and refreshments
- A personal fundraising link with the chance to earn incentive prizes
- A ticket to the onsite Marathon of Sport after-party with live entertainment and drinks
- An unforgettable experience playing alongside Special Olympics athletes
Team Registration Options:
- Standard Team – Each participant donates $50 to register and works together to reach a team fundraising goal of $1,000. Players who raise $100 individually will have their registration fee refunded!
- Corporate Team – Organizations can register a team for $1,000, waiving individual registration fees for up to 10 employees. Corporate teams also receive online and onsite logo recognition and all participant benefits, along with all of the items listed above for your entire Team!
