This Mother’s Day will be truly special as we honor Rhonda Foulds, a local hero who has battled Parkinson’s for over 20 years and is now courageously facing cancer. Rhonda has defied the odds day in and day out, inspiring all of us with her strength and spirit.
This year, every participant will receive:
A custom finisher medal
An event technical race shirt
A commemorative “Rhonda Strong” coin
This event is open to everyone! You don’t have to run or walk to join. Spectators and supporters can purchase a Rhonda Strong coin even without registering. Runners may also purchase additional coins—but every registered participant automatically receives one coin with their registration.

Awards are given three deep in each age group for the 5K Run/Walk and Half Marathon.
