You’re invited to join us for our first meeting of the new year at Mt. Carmel Baptist Momco (formerly MOPs)! Moms of all ages are welcome, and free childcare is available for babies through high schoolers. We’ll have a quick meal together, and then Kimberly Chastain, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, will lead us in a discussion about navigating depression and anxiety through motherhood, a challenge many moms face in this season of life.
We’ll also be giving away door prizes at this event- bring a friend for an extra entry!
