Dear Mixson Assembly, Inc. Owners,
The 2026 Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held at the Park Circle Community Building Event Hall, 4800 Park Circle, North Charleston, SC 29405. The doors will open at 6:15 pm. An agenda and proxy card are enclosed.
It is especially important that you return the enclosed proxy card to our office, indicating whether or not you plan to attend, and naming only one person to represent you if you cannot attend. A quorum of 25% of the total Association votes must be reached in person or by proxy to conduct a legal meeting. A virtual option will not be available. Proxies should be returned no later than November 16, 2026, to ensure there will be ample meeting materials for everyone. You may return your proxy by email to [email protected], by fax to 843-768-5047, or by mail to the address above.
If you are interested in serving on the Board, Please complete and return the enclosed candidate form before November 6th. There are (2) vacancies on the Board of Directors (1 Incumbent, 1 Open Position).
