This session is designed for all new and returning mentors who want to support runners of every pace, experience level, and goal.
We’ll cover:
• What it means to be a Run Club mentor
• Group run structure & safety
• Best practices for encouraging and connecting with participants
• How to create an inclusive, fun, and motivating environment
• Season expectations, communication tips, and logistics
Whether you’ve mentored before or you’re stepping into the role for the first time, this training will give you everything you need to help our community show up strong in 2026.
