2026 LGT Faculty Sign Up Novice Course Day 1

We are looking for faculty to deliver lectures/and or small group workshops for our novices this year. Please sign up for either the morning or afternoon sessions or we would be delighted if you can do both!

In addition, we are looking for a consultant lead and resident/fellow lead for the day.

Consultant lead: Help supervise the day and contirubute to teaching where required

Resident/fellow lead: Help organise the day, delegate teaching topics for faculty and help teaching on the day.

Themes for the first day will include topics such as the career as an anaesthetist, pre-assessment and equipment including machine check and small group workshops.

Registration: 8:30-9:00

Teaching schedule:

Morning session: 9:00-13:00

Afternoon session: 13:30-16:30

(Morning Faculty Reporting time: 8:45)

(Afternoon Faculty Reporting time: 13:15)

Refreshments, lunch and teaching certirficates will be provided
