2026 Leaders' Refresh

We cordially invite you to our 2026 Leaders' Refresh, which will be held Friday, March 27th-Saturday, March 28th in Hampton Roads, Virginia! We promise a time of empowerment, development, and a much needed retreat for executive and faith leaders.

Credle LLC is a faith & business consulting firm dedicated to creating communities of support for leaders to thrive personally and professionally. This annual, award-winning conference is an extension of this mission, leveraging our network and resources to help equip leaders with the resources they need to be successful in business and ministry. Our conference includes a networking mixer, professional headshots, leadership and business development workshops & panels, vendor tables, catered breakfast, lunch, and heavy refreshments, door prizes, games, and much more. Our fourth year hosting this conference, we are proud to offer the theme: Scaling with Substance: Growing Leaders, Strengthening Teams, Expanding Impact.

Here's what to expect:

Friday, March 27th at 6:30pm - 8:30pm - Our Networking Mixer will be held at Coalescence Coffee, 226 West 24th in Norfolk, Virginia. A business-casual event with a live Christian DJ, this mixer allows leaders to relax and meet other faith and small business leaders locally or out-of-town, while having fun. Heavy refreshments will be served and vendors are welcomed.

Saturday, March 28th, 8:30am - 3:30pm - Our Workshop Day will be held at the illustrious Regent University's Founders Inn & Spa by Hilton located at 5641 Indian River Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464. Professional headshots will be taken for attendees that register. Breakfast and Buffet Lunch provided. Parking is available on Regent University's campus.
