2026 Lake Fayetteville Fall Cleanup

Help Clean Up Lake Fayetteville!
Be part of keeping one of Fayetteville’s favorite parks beautiful. Volunteers will work together to collect litter from streets, trails, shoreline, and the water.
All volunteers are welcome! If you have rain boots, a canoe, or a kayak, you can make an extra impact by reaching muddy shoreline areas and coves where debris is harder to access from land.
Check in at the Ozark Natural Science Center at Lake Fayetteville
511 E. Lakeview Drive, Springdale, AR 72764
Parking is very limited, so please carpool, bike or walk if possible. Supplies and cleanup assignments at locations around the lake will be provided.
Kayak and canoe:
If you have a kayak or canoe and would like to assist please RSVP for details. All boats will be launched out of the Ozark Natural Science Center for this cleanup.
Weather:
We’ll work in light rain, but may delay with thunder or lightning. In the case of heavy, persistent rain we may postpone or cancel the event. Updates will be posted on the City of Fayetteville and Lake Fayetteville Watershed Partnership Facebook pages.
