An Evening Celebrating Leadership, Impact, and Community
Join us for the 2026 Jim Austin Online Community Leaders & Entrepreneurs Awards Program, a premier annual event recognizing 15 outstanding North Texas business and community leaders whose work strengthens our region and uplifts others.
This year’s program also marks the 24th Anniversary of the National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum, bringing together entrepreneurs, executives, civic leaders, and philanthropists for an evening of recognition, connection, and purpose

Stedman Graham is a nationally recognized thought leader and the Chairman and CEO of S. Graham & Associates, a management and marketing consulting firm. He is the author of multiple best-selling books and a leading voice on leadership, identity, and personal development.
Morning Workshop: “Identity Leadership” with Stedman Graham

“Identity Leadership” is Stedman Graham’s signature framework focused on self-awareness, purpose, and performance. This interactive workshop is designed for entrepreneurs, executives, nonprofit leaders, and professionals who want to lead with clarity and intention.

Live/Silent Auction & Paddle Raise
This event will feature a professionally led live auction and paddle raise, offering guests the opportunity to support the Museum through exclusive experiences and meaningful giving moments.
Proceeds from the evening will directly support the National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum’s cultural preservation, education, and community legacy initiatives. Support from past honorees plays a critical role in ensuring the success and integrity of the program.

About the Beneficiary
This event benefits the National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum (NMWHM), a Fort Worth–based nonprofit dedicated to preserving and celebrating the diverse history and contributions that shaped the American West.
The Museum is currently advancing critical initiatives to support exhibit preservation, educational programming, and future relocation efforts.
