Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. You can transfer your registration without any additional fees.

Are guests/spouses eligible for the member discount?

No. Only BHS members or Alliance members are eligible for the member discount.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. You can update your information at any time.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You will need your printed or electronic ticket to be scanned on-site.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds are allowed under any circumstance. However, you may transfer your registration to another party at any time.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

This information will need to be updated to the recipient's name.

Attendee understands that publicity photographs, video and/or sound bites may be taken during the event and their image/photographic likeness/voice may appear in media taken during the event. By registering for the event, you hereby give permission that photos/video/audio containing your image/likeness/voice may be used for publicity or general information purposes. The Barbershop Harmony Society will not seek any further permission nor provide any notification before using such media.
