2026 ignite520 Young Professional Leadership Experience

ignite520 is Tucson Young Professionals’ signature leadership conference, bringing together emerging leaders from across Southern Arizona for a shared weekend of growth, connection, and community. Built for young professionals who want to lead with intention, ignite520 blends practical learning, local voices, and meaningful relationships. The experience supports personal growth, professional development, and civic engagement, all rooted in Tucson.

Join us on the campus of the University of Arizona, at the Eller College of Management for an inspiring day of connection, learning and growth.

Start the day with breakfast and curated networking, then make your way into Berger Auditorium for the Welcome Address and Keynote to kick off a day filled with connection, growth, and fun! Lunch will be provided, along with more networking opportunities.
