Admission offers you:
- A night to watch the March 28th March Madness basketball games at local sports bar and hangout, Bock's Cafe (formerly Legends Bar & Grill) in Covington, Kentucky.
- Snacks, pizza, dessert (Water included)
- 2 free drink tickets - beer, wine, or soft drinks (more available for purchase)
- Silent auction bidding opportunities, split-the-pot 3 timtes between 5PM and 10PM and the Grand Prize raffle: Wheelbarrow of Booze (valued at $1000, wheelbarrow not included) OR Basket raffle tickets
Note: Head out of the party room to the main bar area for a mixed drink for purchase if you would like!
All proceeds will be used to:
- Continue to provide a no cost retreat weekend for guests including lodging, food and programming
- Expand indoor retreat space for all-weather programming & retreat team lodging ($10K build out)
- Increase capacity to serve more grieving guests – each retreat costs approximately $2000 to conduct (6 retreats planned for 2026)
- Replacement of 3 glamping tents that have weathered over the years; $800-$1000 for each tent.
- Maintain and improve the beautiful WhiteTail Ridge Farm for retreat experiences

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Guests will be carded at time of entrance and those over 21 will receive a respective wristband. Younger guests are welcome and will receive their own special wristband.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
NO, any tickets purchased in advance will be printed and waiting at the registration table. Tickets can also be purchased at the event at the registration table.
Meet KAREfarm:
KAREfarm is a 501-c3 non-profit seeking to meet you "where you are" on your grief journey by providing a beautiful outdoor respite free from the demands of your "new normal” and help find ways to reinvest in life. The loss of a loved one is devastating; and no matter if it's been three months, three years or 13 years, we want to serve you and/or your family.
Stay the night in a comfortably decorated glamp, hike a multitude of trails, fish or paddleboat on the lake, and enjoy a night around a community or personal fire pit - at no cost.
Join our community of amazing volunteers whose hard work and dedication allow us to continue to maintain the property and run impactful retreat weekends and other events.
KAREfarm is situated on 97 rolling acres in Robertson County KY, about 55 minutes from both Cincinnati, OH and Lexington, KY.
