2026 Hep B Hero 5k Run/Walk
Step up as a Hep B Hero 🏃♀️
Join us on Aug 1st at 9 am at Crissy Field in San Francisco to raise awareness for hepatitis B and the liver cancer it causes. Every participant will get a free Hep B Hero super hero t-shirt for registering and completing the run/walk.

After registering, create your personal fundraising page and invite friends, family, and coworkers to support your participation.
Start a team, set a fundraising goal, and help Hep B Free expand education, screening, vaccination, advocacy, and linkage to care programs.

About Hepatitis B:
Gather with us to celebrate World Hepatitis Day (July 28). Hepatitis B takes a life every 30 seconds. Most of these lives are Asian. Hepatitis B is a significant health inequity faced by the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI). 1 in 12 AAPI are chronically infected with hepatitis B. Without treatment or monitoring, 1 in 4 of these individuals will die from liver cancer or liver failure.
