2026 Hartford Athletic Hiring Expo Tabling Registration

In conjunction with the Connecticut Department of Labor, the Connecticut Department of Transportation, DATTCO, Work Zone Safety, Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling, M&T Bank, USA Waste & Recycling, All Waste Inc., and Right at Home, Hartford Athletic will host its sixth annual Hiring Expo at Trinity Health Stadium.

In 2024, we connected over 900 job seekers with potential employers. Last year, we were thrilled to see the Hiring Expo grow yet again, as 80 employers and over 1,000 potential job seekers filled the stadium. We are committed to providing pathways for everyone in our community through our year-round community pillars of support.

Tabling cost is $425 + service & payment processing fees. This price includes one 6 foot table, two chairs, two food vouchers, two waters and electricity if needed.

What is the Hartford Athletic Hiring Expo?

Hartford Athletic is not only committed to world-class soccer entertainment; we are committed to providing pathways for everyone in our community through our year-round community pillars of support.

The Hartford Athletic Hiring Expo, in partnership with the Connecticut Department of Labor, is an annual tradition at Trinity Health Stadium in Hartford. The event is free to all job seekers – those who are unemployed, underemployed, or seeking new career opportunities.

Hartford Athletic hosts 100+ organizations that support a diverse workforce providing opportunities for all, including veterans, people of color, women, and those with disabilities. In conjunction with our partners, we also provide educational opportunities for those looking for résumé assistance, interview strategies, and dress-for-success advice to assist in the job-seeking process.

Case studies in other markets have shown this format to create over 260 new career paths. We expect even more in this great, diverse city and state.

Supporting partners of the event include the Connecticut Department of Labor, the Connecticut Department of Transportation, DATTCO, Work Zone Safety, Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling, M&T Bank, USA Waste & Recycling, All Waste Inc., and Right at Home.

Vendor Load In – Vendors will be able to temporarily park on Huyshope Ave and enter & load in their equipment/materials through Gate C, then proceed to Gate A, where Hartford Athletic will be able to check in each vendor and show them on the map/usher them to their spot.

Vendor Parking – Vendors of the hiring expo should be expected to park in the paved side of LOT #2, which is off Masseek St/Huyshope Ave. This will be open for vendors first come first serve, which is 60 spots. Once this is filled, vendors can park in our overflow/attendee parking, which is LOT #2 gravel.

Attendee Parking – Attendees will be expected to park in the gravel section of Lot 2, which holds up to 500 cars. There will be directional signage to help direct the attendees. They will be able to walk across the street and enter the stadium through Gate A, which is on the corner of Masseek & Huyshope.
