💬 Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do we need to be a homeschooling family to attend?
Absolutely not! True to all of our events, ALL families are welcome. Whether your child attends public, private, or homeschool, we are here to celebrate summer together.
2. One of my children wants to participate, but the other does not. What should I do?
You have two great options! You can purchase a "Participating" ticket for both; if one decides they don't want to walk across the stage, that is completely fine. Alternatively, you can buy one "Participating" ticket and one "Attending" ticket.
3. Can grandparents and extended family attend?
Of course! This event is meant to be shared with the whole village. We encourage you to invite family and friends to join the fun!
4. Do we need to reserve specific seats?
No. To keep things relaxed and kid-friendly (especially for the little ones), seating is open and casual. The venue provides picnic benches, but you are highly encouraged to bring your own lawn chairs or cozy picnic blankets to set up on the lawn.
5. Will there be food and refreshments?
Yes! We will have local food truck Amelia's Mexican, Eb and Bean ice cream, and a selection of wines and drinks served directly by the venue.
6. What if my child gets nervous and decides they don't want to go on stage?
No pressure at all! We want your child to feel completely safe and comfortable. If they prefer not to walk the stage, we can do a sweet mini-recognition right at your seating area or simply hand them their cap and certificate privately.
7. What age group is this event for?
From ages 0 to 18! If your child wants to celebrate summer, acknowledge an achievement, or make new friends, they belong here.
8. What is your refund policy?
We understand that plans change! Cancellations made more than one week before the festival will receive a full refund. For cancellations inside of seven days, we cannot offer a refund, but we will happily prepare a special take-home achievement package for your child.
9. I would love to volunteer to help! Who can I contact? We'd love to have you! Please contact us at [email protected]
10. Have more questions?
We’d love to help! Please feel free to reach out to us anytime at [email protected]
11. Can we bring our own drinks and food?
You can bring your own food but no outside drinks.
