2026 Greenhouse Hydroponic Tomato Intensive Workshop

Join the University of Arizona Controlled Environment Agriculture Center (UA-CEAC) for the Greenhouse Hydroponic Tomato Intensive Workshop (online and in-person). This three-day workshop focuses on tomato production using greenhouse hydroponic methods and is a great option for those just getting started in hydroponic growing or novice growers wanting to quickly expand their knowledge and skills. Limited in-person seating.

The workshop will be hosted Friday–Sunday (Jan 9th, 10th, and 11th) from 9 AM–5 PM on-site and from 9 AM–12 PM online. Arizona will be on Mountain Standard Time in January.

Each day of the workshop will have lectures in the morning (9 AM–12 PM). In-person participants will attend at the CEAC classroom, while online participants will be able to access the lectures live via Zoom. All participants will receive a copy of the presentation materials.

In addition to the lectures, in-person participants will have three days of hands-on lessons in the Teaching Greenhouse during the afternoons (1 PM–5 PM). Light morning refreshments and lunch will be provided on all three days of the workshop.

2026 Hydropinic Tomato Workshop Schedule

Note that Arizona does not change for Daylight Savings Time, and thus is GMT -6 during daylight savings and GMT -7 during standard time.

If you are unable to attend this workshop, you may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 14 days before the date and time of the event. Cancellations made between 7–14 days before the event will incur a 10% fee. Cancellations made within one week prior to the event will result in no refund issued.
