About this Event

Looking for Girl Scout fun out in the sun? Join us in Franklin Park for some or all of our free, six-day adventure-packed celebration featuring incredible live performances, creative activities, delicious food, signature Girl Scout experiences, and much more. This event is open to everyone, even those who aren’t part of the Girl Scout community.


Daily Activities

Monday–Friday, 4:00–8:00 pm, unless otherwise noted

Saturday, noon–5:00 pm

Whether you’re all in on Girl Scouts or are just discovering us, this free celebration is for everyone. Every day of the festival, we’ll have adventure activities, a DJ, and yard games. Plus, we’ll have unique programs, performances, and experiences to go with the theme of that day!

Monday, July 20 – Adventure Awaits 🏹4:00 pm-8:00pm
Join us for inflatable golfing, double dutch, and sunset yoga. Our camp staff will also teach youth how to safely engage in thrilling, high-adventure activities like archery.

Tuesday, July 21 – Connected by Courage 🥋4:00–8:00pm
Celebrate the power of culture and community! Enjoy live performances on the main stage by incredible groups, including Step Afrika. Watch a martial arts demonstration and express your creativity through art projects.

Wednesday, July 22Better Than We Found It 🌎4:00–8:00pm
This day is dedicated to civic leadership, with opportunities to learn how to make a difference in your community. Join service projects and be inspired by demonstrations by service-oriented groups, including military and firefighter organizations.

Thursday, July 23 – Block Party 🎉6:30-9:30pmDance the night away with live go-go music from the all-women group Be'la Dona. Enjoy food vendors, nail art, face painting, glitter tattoos, and green treats.

Friday, July 24 – Full STEAM Ahead 🧑🏽‍🔬4:00–8:00pm
Let your creativity and curiosity shine! Join the Sisterhood Sing-along, try your hand at floral arrangement, and explore exciting programming designed to spark your inner scientist, engineer, and innovator.

Saturday, July 25 – Lead and Inspire 🧶Noon–5:00pm
Shop, support, and celebrate youth-led entrepreneurship at our Girl Scout Market. Browse and purchase unique, handcrafted items made by Girl Scouts!
