2026 FuelFest Dallas-Fort Worth Vendors

We’re back on track in Texas on April 25th for one of the largest stops of our 2026 tour! This is the 5th year at Texas Motor Speedway, your support means the world to us! FuelFest DFW will feature a massive car show, all new themed zones, our famous Taste of Tokyo curated JDM section, and the return of the People’s Choice Judged Paddock! Fans can enjoy live music on the Festival Stage, special guest appearances, VIP experiences, live action drifting with fan thrill rides, and some major exciting attractions to be announced! Everything is bigger in Texas, and FuelFest is no different, time to make history yet again in the Lone Star State! As always, a portion of all proceeds benefits Reach Out WorldWide, the non-profit founded by Paul Walker.

Please note that in order to be accepted as a vendor, proper insurance is required for liability purposes. FuelFest has an insurance affiliate for policies as low as $49. Once you submit your application, insurance details will be sent to you in the official welcome letter.

All vendor registrations are subject to approval. This is an application, not guarantee of event placement. Any non-approved vendors will be notified 30 days prior to event and refunded in full. Certain vendor categories are limited.
