2026 Forty Under 40

Info: Kick off the Forty Under 40 celebration at this exclusive alumni reception, held from 5:00-6:00pm in the exclusive Barrel Room. This VIP gathering brings together Forty Under 40 alumni, special guests, and this year’s honorees for a relaxed hour of networking, conversation, and connection before the evening’s main event. A perfect opportunity to reconnect, meet the newest class, and toast the achievements of Fort Wayne’s rising leaders.

Info: Celebrate the achievements of the region’s rising leaders at the Forty Under 40 Awards Banquet, held from 6:00–8:00 PM on the third floor of The Fairfield. Guests will enjoy a seated dinner while honoring this year’s Forty Under 40 award winners, with awards presented throughout the evening. The banquet also offers plenty of time to network with fellow professionals, community leaders, and honorees as we recognize excellence, leadership, and impact in our community.
