2026 Fall Swap Meet and Car Show

The Clarksville Gearheads will be hosting our 2026 Spring Swap Meet and Car Show! Join us on September 5th from 12pm to 5pm. We’ll be hosting this show at Three Rifles Distilling Company.
We ask swap meet vendors to arrive between 11am to noon so you'll have time to get ready for spectators. Please don't arrive before 11:00am so we have time to set up on our end.
If you’re wanting to participate in the car show, please arrive between 12pm to 3pm. The fee to enter the car show will be $30 per vehicle. We will judge from 2:00pm till we are finished followed by the trophy presentation at approximately 4pm. We will judge up till the last car is finished if you're running a little behind.
We will be offering 30 trophies this Fall.

Buy, sell, and trade those parts you've been holding onto! New/old parts and accessories are welcomed. You can trailer in or drive a vehicle in if you’d like to try and sell it.
For one spot it will be $20, each additional spot is $10. Each spot is 10' by 10'. We are not extremely strict on spot spaces but we ask you to be honest and to stick to those dimensions as close as you can.

There is NO spectator fee for this event. Everyone is welcomed to attend.
You can preregister and pay for your vendor and car show spot(s) anytime by messaging us. We have Cashapp and PayPal. Our PayPal is [email protected] and Cashapp is $kevin7211. Please put in the notes what you’re preregistering for. No one else will be asking for money for this event. If you’re asked to pay, please do not fall for it. I Kevin Martin will be your only POC for payment.
Our rain date will be September 6th at the same location and time.
