🏆 EXCLUSIVE BOTTLES FOR EVERY GUEST! 🥃🔥
These aren’t just drams—they’re showstoppers, bottled just for YOU. Every guest gets a pour from each of these limited-release legends:
• 🥃 Glenallachie 2008 13 Year Old North Star Spirits Cask Series 017 - A full‑throttle sherry bomb from North Star, this GlenAllachie was distilled in May 2008 and matured 13 years in a first‑fill Oloroso butt before being bottled in October 2021 at natural cask strength. Only 690 bottles were drawn—and they’ve since become notoriously scarce, the kind of “vanished bottles” collectors chase but rarely find. The profile is decadent from the first pour: chocolate‑coated raisins, espresso, and molasses on the nose, unfolding into medjool dates, pecan pie richness, and a warm cinnamon glow on the palate.
• 🥃 Glenfarclas 17 Year Old 2007/2025 - The Christmas Single Cask #2671 - A holiday‑season gem from Glenfarclas, drawn from a single sherry cask filled in 2007 and bottled in 2025. This Christmas release delivers classic, warming Speyside richness: spiced fruitcake, orange peel, and roasted nuts on the nose, followed by a palate of toffee, dark dried fruits, cinnamon warmth, and gentle oak. The finish lingers with molasses sweetness and festive baking spice. A cozy, sherry‑kissed winter dram with unmistakable Christmas charm. – Speyside amped to 11. Cask strength elegance packed with fruit, spice, and toasted oak. Dangerously sippable.
• 🥃 Tamdhu 12 Year • Oloroso Puncheon (Half‑Cask) — Cask #800070 (Alistair Walker Whisky Company Infrequent Flyers) ( Exclusively Selected & Bottled for The Houston Scotch Whisky Society)– A sherry‑soaked Tamdhu that opens like a cathedral door swinging wide. The nose hits with figs in syrup, medjool dates, cinnamon, and soft layers of apple skin, powdered sugar, and warm butter cookies. Give it a moment and it shifts—brown sugar caramelizing and brûlée crust rising from the glass. The palate is a velvet sherry supernova: cinnamon toast, thick fig jam, juicy dates, marzipan, and butter cookies dipped in sherry syrup. Dense, lush, and built for sherry lovers who want the dial snapped off.
The finish refuses to quit—cinnamon imperials, molten sherry depth, dark fruit, and a warming glow that keeps expanding. A tiny half‑cask outturn, a full‑scale sherry experience.
• 🥃 Benriach 14 Year Old – Cask #2374 (Alistair Walker Whisky Company Infrequent Flyers) ( Exclusively Selected & Bottled for The Houston Scotch Whisky Society)– A family‑affair sherry bomb—distilled under legendary hands, finished by the same lineage, and bottled with unapologetic decadence.

The palate fires back with chocolate, cinnamon syrup, sticky toffee pudding, rum‑soaked raisins, and espresso caramel. The finish is long, dark, and commanding—hazelnuts, orange peel, cherry cola, cigar‑box depth.
Liquid decadence in its purest form.
