Entering year four…The 2026 Exhale Summit is a transformative three-day experiential learning event designed to help women step away from their daily responsibilities and focus on practical strategies to prevent burnout and break free from the cycle of chronic stress 🤯 and overload🫣.

The Ladies!! It’s an authentic, judgment free space curated with the needs of BIPOC women in mind. A place to get practical tools and insights for cultivating preventative mental wellness.

This year’s theme is a sacred invitation to pause, exhale, and come home to yourself.
💫 Reflect is about honoring your journey—your resilience, your truth, your growth.
💫 Renew invites you to release what no longer serves you and step into healing and possibility. 💫 RESTORE YOU is a return to your wholeness—mind, body, and spirit—held in community that sees and uplifts you. 🥺Together, these aren’t just words—they’re a radical act of self-love. This is declaration and the homecoming we are worth of!
💫 What to Expect in 2026
Friday Night: Join us for an Afternoon Exhale Meet and Greet (yes Sis, put in that PTO now 📅 ) followed by our Official Kickoff with our signature “Hey Girl Hey” reception (Get your purple and hot pink fits’ ready). 🎶 💃🏽 🍷
Saturday: Expert-led wellness sessions💡, small Sister Circles, Exhale marketplace and healing spaces
Saturday Night: The Exhale Retreat—think BFF girls’ weekend with food, music 🎶 , self-care stations 💅🏾 , games 🃏 and joyful vibes
Sunday: Community movement + a NEW
Exhale Brunch 🍳🥂 🥞 featuring an inspiring send-off to carry us forward
