2026 Ethics Conference SPONSOR/VENDOR

• Premium table location in the front of the room near the stage; 2 representative chairs and lunch (table cloth not included)
• Both representatives are eligible to receive a certificate for contact hours (names and emails must be provided)
• Share your pre-recorded 1-minute sponsor shout-out video during registration and breaks. (A selfie video is great; hold the phone horizontally.) Submission is required by August 11th.
• Your logo (JPEG format preferred) will also be shared on a slide show at the event and a special posting on our Facebook site! (provide logo via email to [email protected] or Click Here to Submit Logo )

1. If you want to pay by check please email [email protected] and we can help facilitate that process. Everyone paying by credit/debit card or e-check can complete the registration and payment online.
2. Table set up with be Thursday, September 10th 3-5pm OR Day of 7-8am
3. Break down between 1:00-1:45pm unless you plan to stay ALL DAY!
4. Sponsor level allows for 2 people to be eligible to receive a certificate for contact hour, however vendor level only allows for 1 of the representatives to be eligible to receive a certificate for contact hour. Names and emails of those who are needing a certificate for contact hour must be provide PRIOR TO THE EVENT. If the name is not provided a ticket must be purchased in order to receive the certificate of attendance.
5. Should I have a door prize? Yes, we highly encourage door prizes....let's be honest who doesn't love a door prize?
6. Can we bring food to the event? No, food will be provided by the event venue. Except for small candies as a giveaway.

8:45 - 10:45: April Overholt.

11:00-1:00: Katherine Moore and Edward Mitchell, DisABILITY Resource Center/SILC.

Topic: “TBD"

1:00-1:45 Lunch, Finish Vendor Networking(vendors will start breakdown)

1:45 - 3:45: Dr. Autumn Lowry, Ph.D., LCSW

Topic: “Suicide Prevention”

3:45 - 4:00pm Final Remarks/Door Prizes/Close
