2026 Drake Disruption Days - Case Study Competition

Join the Drake Disruption Days - Case Study Competition! Get ready for a day full of challenges, creativity, and fun as you compete with other students to showcase your problem-solving skills.

The fun actually starts Friday, February 20, during Paul Richardson’s presentation in Aliber 101 - this is when the case study will be released. Teams will have time to review the case and start thinking through ideas before competition day.

On Saturday, February 21, the competition kicks off at 9:00 a.m. in Meredith Hall, room 232 at Drake University. Gather your team of 2-4 people to craft your winning solution. All majors are welcome, but you must register!

Prizes

• 1st Place: $500
• 2nd Place: $250
• Organization Prize: $250 for the student organization with the best overall performance (All team members must belong to that organization to qualify.)

• Cash and bragging rights for you and your student organization

Info: Tip: Attend guest speaker Paul Richardson’s presentation from 4:00–5:00 PM the night before on Friday, February 20, in Aliber 101 to receive the case study introduction as early as possible :-)
