2026 Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner

The Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner honors individuals whose leadership, service, and commitment have made a lasting impact on our communities while exemplifying the values of Scouting. The event brings together community and business leaders to celebrate an outstanding citizen and recognize the importance of investing in the next generation of leaders. Proceeds from the dinner provide critical financial support for Longhorn Council, Scouting America, helping deliver life-changing experiences and character-building opportunities to youth across North and Central Texas. This year, Longhorn Council is proud to honor Gregory M. Ulmer, a distinguished aerospace leader and longtime champion of innovation, leadership, and service.
