2026 China Southern Airlines NZ Cross Country Championships

The 2026 NZ Cross Country & Relay Championships will descend on Christchurch’s North Hagley Park. We’re bringing the racing to the fans with the course returning for it’s second year, incorporating sections of the Hagley Golf Course, designed so you can catch every step of the head-to-head racing right in the heart of garden city.
As the sun sets on Ōtautahi, the lights come on, and teams will tackle the electric evening of Twilight relay racing. Club and community mixed 4 x 2km races, along with our new Kids 4 x 1km relay, are one the menu, with teams battling it out for glory under lights.
