2026 CHA Owner Symposium
About this Event
The 17th annual CHA Owner Symposium will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will be in person at CHA Headquarters, 60 E. Van Buren Street, Chicago, IL 60605 as well as online (a link to view the sessions will be provided to registered attendees closer to the event date).
This year's day-long event features three (3) general sessions covering timely industry topics, a dedicated exhibit area featuring products and services from a variety of vendors, opportunities to connect with other Chicago housing providers, and more!
Space for the in-person event is extremely be limited, so don't wait to grab your ticket.

Please note the following:
Registration
Registration and event access is limited to one person per ticket (select either an In-Person Attendee Ticket OR an Online-Only Ticket ... do not register for both). If you want to register multiple people, each person MUST register under their own name and email address. Advance registration is required. On-site registration will not be available.
Cancellations
If your plans change after you register and you aren't able to join us on October 29, please make sure to cancel your registration in the system.
Parking
Discounted self-parking (rate valid for up to 12 hours) is available at Millennium Garages | Grant Park South (entrance ramp located at 325 S. Michigan Avenue). Visit millenniumgarages.com/rates and follow the steps below to reserve a spot:
- Select October 29, 2026 as the date and choose your entry/exit times (OS26 starts at 9:00 a.m.)
- Click the Grant Park South reservation option
- Type CHAOS26 in the "Add A Promo Code" box (under the order details) and click APPLY
- Complete all required fields
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Click Submit
Once successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from Millennium Garages with details about your booking.
Public Transportation
CHA Headquarters is within a reasonable distance from the Jackson Station (CTA Blue, Red, Green Lines), Washington/Wabash Station (CTA Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple Lines) and Van Buren Street (Metra Electric, South Shore Line). CTA buses drop off at Michigan & Van Buren/Congress (#1, #7, #28, #126) and Michigan & Jackson (CTA #3, #4, #6, #26, #143, #J14, #X4).

While CHA has not reserved a hotel room block for sponsors and/or out-of-town attendees, we have compiled a list of nearby hotels for your convenience. Here are some options:

The 2026 CHA Owner Symposium is located on the 3rd Floor of CHA Headquarters, accessible via the CHA Client Center entrance at 60 E. Van Buren Street. Signs and staff will be placed to direct attendees.
