$50 | Ages 11 - 18 | 8 Classes | Practice community storytelling by interviewing elders and local figures for mini-documentaries. Serve as literary ambassadors through a story hour for younger kids and a holiday book drive. Bring your lunch; snacks and supplies provided.

- Sat, Sept 5, 2026 | 2PM - 5PM
- Sat, Sept 19, 2026 | 11AM - 2PM
- Sat, Oct 3, 2026 | 2PM - 5PM
- Sat, Oct 17, 2026 | 11AM - 2PM
- Sat, Nov 7, 2026 | 2PM - 5PM
- Sat, Nov 21, 2026 | 11AM - 2PM
- Sat, Dec 5, 2026 | 2PM - 5PM
- Sat, Dec 19, 2026 | 11AM - 2PM
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Students are required to attend all classes in the series.
- Students will be asked to provide daily check ins/evaluations.
- Light snacks will be provided.
- Supplies will be provided.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Students will need to bring a packed lunch each day to the program (Required).
- Students are also invited (but not required), to bring the following items to the program:
- Composition notebook (for writing and notes)
- Writing utensils (pencils or pens)
**After Registering Parents/Guardians will be contacted via email in order to complete required paperwork and receive important updates.
