2026 Bring & Buy (in aid of Demelza)

Looking for a bargain? Clearing some shelf space? Want to raise money for a great local charity? Our event has you covered!
Browse hundreds of board games, card games, miniatures and tabletop accessories plus:
- Charity raffle
- Game demos
- Competitions
- Family activities
- Bake sale

Looking to buy on the day?
- 11am-3.30pm: Activity hall, demo stands, open gaming and bake sale open to the public
- 12-3pm: Bring & Buy event is open to buyers
- 3.30-4pm: Prize winners to be announced
- Please bring cash. The nearest ATM is the Esso on King's Drive (BN21 2QP)

Looking to sell on the day?
Before the day: complete the seller form by midnight on Friday 7th August (https://forms.gle/FnYWDH1ib4CcQJT26)
On the day: (11-11:45am) - drop your items off. Our volunteers can ensure everything is booked into the system correctly and help if any additional items are added.
On the day: (4-4:45pm) - collect your money and any unsold items
You don't need to stay during the event unless you'd like to.
What can I sell?
Any tabletop hobby items, including:
- Board games
- Card games
- Miniatures
- RPGs & accessories
Please clearly label each item with:
- Price
- Expansions included
- Any damage or missing components
Please remember:
- Keep your seller tickets safe—they're your proof of ownership
- All sales are final
- We can only sell items at the price you set
- Private selling elsewhere at the venue isn't permitted
- Any items left after 4:45pm will be donated to Demelza Children's Hospice
- While we'll take every reasonable care, items are left at the owner's risk
- Full T&Cs can be found on the sellers' form
