📅 Schedule:
Friday – May 1
• 9:00 AM – Load-in begins
• Meat inspections as teams are ready
• 5:00 PM – Head Cooks Meeting
• 6:00 PM – Hot Dog Turn-Ins begin (30 minute window for turn-ins – Hot Dogs provided by Bingham’s Custom Meats in Morgan - turn in boxes are also provided)
Saturday – May 2
• 9:11 AM – National Anthem & “Good Luck” Toast!
• Saturday Turn-In Times: (5 minutes before and after the times below is the turn in window)
(Garnish is suggested by not required)
→ Chicken: 12:00 PM
→ Pork Ribs: 12:30 PM
→ Pork: 1:00 PM
→ Brisket: 1:30 PM
• Vending Begins @ 2:00 PM (earlier if your ready – Teams take home 100% of their Vending) Temp Food Permits are needed, get yours here:

👨‍🍳 Rules & Notes:
• You must enter all four meats to be eligible for GC or RGC
• Meat must be unseasoned/uninjected until after inspection
• Turn in at least 6 portions per box
• Power is available (39 powered spots available – contact Jesse to reserve)
• 30’x40’ spaces provided – DM us if you need more room
• Teams supply their own meat
• Dumpsters and ash barrels onsite

BBQ Judging will be on Saturday, May 2. Judges need to arrive no later than 11:00am.
