This year, F3 Greensboro moves to the Carolina Field of Honor for the annual Blackbeard Challenge in memory of SSG Matthew A. Pucino: warrior, husband, brother, fallen.Open to all.
Three miles.
A cinderblock.
A weight vest or ruck.
A whole lot of #funishment.
This morning isn’t about the workout. The workout is just the vehicle.
It’s about shared suffering.
It’s about pushing when your body says stop.
It’s about remembering men like Matt Pucino who carried burdens far greater than a ruck, a block, or a beatdown ever could.
