The CalvertsThe Calverts is a relatively new band on the Gulf Coast music scene. The group first started performing in June of 2025. Although the band hasn’t been together long, it’s made up of seasoned musicians who have been playing music for many years in the Gulf Coast area.
Its eclectic song list features classic rock and rhythm & blues from the 1960s and 1970s with some newer songs sprinkled in. The band’s motto is, “If you can’t dance to it, then we don’t play it.”
The band’s lively, high-energy playlist is sure to get the audience out of their chairs and boogieing down on the Gulfside Pavilion dance floor on Tuesday, April 7, from 7-9 pm.
Members of The Calverts include Brent Burton (bass/vocals), Scott Calvert (drums), Billy Harrell (vocals/percussion), Ross Orenstein (keyboards/rhythm guitar/vocals), and Glenn Vignolo (lead guitar/harmonica/vocals). Joining The Calverts for this special concert will be Mike Antoine (guitar/vocals) and Jeffrey Gardner (keyboards/vocals).
Pensacola Beach's FREE outdoor summer concert series features performers for every musical taste and is held each Tuesday night from 7-9 p.m.
Organized by the Santa Rosa Island Authority, this popular event is located at the beautiful Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Spectators are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.
