Join us at the 38th Annual ATHENA Leadership Award Luncheon at the Timbermine on February 19 at 11:30 a.m. to celebrate our 2026 ATHENA Leadership Award recipient - Kristy Pack.Kristy, Founder of Pack Tax, is an entrepreneur, community builder, and dedicated leader with a commitment to empowering women.
Entrepreneurial & Leadership Highlights:
Kristy opened Pack Tax while raising three children in diapers. In just seven years, she grew the company from zero to over 10,000 clients and 8 physical locations.
Kristy's catalyst for expansion was her desire to empower underemployed women. She actively recruits and creates opportunities for phenomenal women to succeed.
Pack Tax has been named one of Utah’s Fastest Growing Companies for the third consecutive year, received the Best of State award twice in Utah, was honored by the Governor's Office for Championing Women and named a 40 Under 40 by Utah Business Magazine.
Her extensive education includes degrees from BYU and the University of Utah internships with the U.S. Senate and US Mission to NATO in Brussels, and volunteer service around the world.
