2026 Advocating While Black Summit
About this Event
Advocating While Black Summit: Healing. Advocacy. Action
Get ready for an immersive 2-day experience designed to center Black families, strengthen advocacy, and build more supportive educational experiences for Black neurodivergent children.
Day 1: Unsilenced is a parent-centered listening experience, silent-disco style, where the stories usually whispered, edited, or ignored finally get to take up space. This intimate gathering creates room for truth-telling, reflection, connection, and healing among parents and caregivers who know what it means to advocate while carrying more than their share.
Day 2 is the full summit experience: powerful conversations, interactive advocacy labs, practical tools, shared strategy, and solution-focused dialogue for parents, educators, administrators, advocates, and community leaders.
Rooted in Healing * Advocacy * Action, the Advocating While Black Summit is where lived experience meets collective strategy — and where the people closest to the work gather with the people who can help move it forward.
Come ready to listen deeply, learn boldly, connect meaningfully, and leave activated.
