Come find all of this out and more at our Foundational Yoga Teacher Training open morning at our beautiful yoga centre in Saltaire. Join us for a FREE 60 minute Vinyasa open level class with Ellie, followed by a cuppa chai and chat with Heather about all things 2025 200hr teacher training. Ask any questions about your journey to becoming a yoga teacher. Yoga class will be 9.15-10.15.
