The DCRP Volunteer Dinner is scheduled for September 18, 2025, at the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 785 121 Bypass in Lewisville. The evening will begin with a silent auction opening at 5:30 p.m., followed by a social time from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. Dinner and the event program will commence at 7:00 p.m. Attire for the evening will be business, campaign, or patriotic.

Clubs that wish to honor a member as their “Volunteer of the Year”

Table Reservations
Clubs or organizations wanting group seating should send guest names and number of tables (tables for 8) to [email protected] by September 15th*, so that a reserved seating table card with the club’s name can be prepared.

Complimentary Ticketed Dinners
Club presidents, DCRP officers, SREC members, and Precinct Chairs receive complimentary dinners. All other attendees may purchase a ticket for $50.
