Sedalia Area Farmers' Market is anxiously preparing for its 17th season! We will hold the annual Vendor Interest, Informational and Food Safety Training on Thursday, February 20th at 6 pm.
The meeting will be located in the Thompson Conference Center, Side A (west side) on the south side of the State Fair Community Campus. The room is located inside the Heckart Science and Allied Health Center. A picture of campus will be posted in the event!
We require each 2025 vendor to attend this meeting.
(A video will be available for those unable to attend or joining the market later in the season)
Kirk Martin with the Pettis County Health Department will be presenting briefly about health regulations and food safety (including updates to cottage law)!
Jeff Root with Missouri department of Weights and Measures will be available at 5:00 pm to certify scales (cost is $17).
