2025 Unite for Teen Financial Literacy Day

United Way of Greater Cincinnati (UWGC) once again will partner with Junior Achievement to utilize an adapted lesson plan that volunteers will share with all 2,000 seventh-grade Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) students!

Equally as important is the opportunity for students to meet volunteers like you! Sharing your expertise, career pathway and lessons learned along the way is highly encouraged.

Select a ticket type from the bottom of the page, then click "Reserve a spot" to join us on March 4, 2025!  We need 100 volunteers to ensure each class bell has support. United Way will follow-up after registration to confirm the school you will support and your schedule the day of the event. Volunteers will spend 1-3 hours at a school.

During the event, volunteers will join students in person, and have the opportunity to take a deeper dive into subject matter that will be shared via video recordings with teachers and students prior to the event date. Videos are contributed by past volunteers.

Volunteers interested in this role should be comfortable facilitating group discussions related to personal finance topics including (but not limited to): budgeting, savings, credit, wealth building and banking.
