We're thrilled to invite your child, as one of the country's top U13/14 players, to the U13 /14 HIGH PERFORMANCE Camp! This camp is a key part of the SquashSA Development Pathway and is fully endorsed by the National Federation. By popular demand and permission from SquashSA, the top u14’s are also included in this year’s program. TuksSquash has proudly hosted this event for over 20 years, and we're excited to bring together the best junior players from across South Africa. Your child will train and play under the guidance of our qualified and experienced coaches. This camp is specifically designed for the younger age group, focusing on laying essential foundations for higher age groups. The High Performance Centre will be our base, with experts in Nutrition, Recovery, and Sport Psychology also presenting sessions.
