2025 SWOLEMATES

On Saturday October 18th we will be hosting our annual in-house competition. Find a swolemate to secure one of the 20 team spots available. The competition is designed for male/female teams of 2, but we also include modifications for male/male and female/female teams so that ALL swolemates can participate. In other words, you have no excuse NOT to sign up.

This year proceeds will be going to the Youth Impact Program.

The TFN Youth Impact Program is all about empowering Indigenous youth by reconnecting them to culture, identity, and leadership. Through land-based learning, mentorship, and youth-led initiatives, we create safe, inclusive spaces where young people can grow, lead, and make change in their communities. Rooted in tradition. Driven by youth
