Mayor Luke Feeney will give the State of the City Address. Ross County Commissioner Jack Everson will deliver remarks about county projects Frankfort Mayor Patti Cavender will discuss the village's downtown revitalization project Chamber CEO Mike Throne will give an update on the Chamber Strategic Plan. We'll have more details on the speakers as we approach March 14.
